Returns & Refunds
Cancellations are usually not possible once your order has been placed. However, depending on the status, we might be able to help. 👉 Send us an email and we’ll do our best!
If we can’t cancel it in time, don’t worry — you can still return the item after it arrives. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• Item has been used
• It’s been over 15 days of the delivery date

Payments & Coupon
Unfortunately, payment method changes are not possible once your order is placed.
You can enter your coupon at checkout in the “Coupon Code” box.
